Phyllis J. "Teen" White, 86, of Chillicothe, died 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born December 5, 1934, in Ross County, to the late Forrest and Pauline Like Graves. On July 12, 1954, she married James "Jack" White who died July 16, 2001.

Surviving are four children; 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by brothers, Forrest A. Graves, William R. Graves and Larry Graves; sisters, Lovetta "Bess" Mingus, Patricia Sue Estep and Mary Lou Hardesty; and a grandson, Noah Ransdell.

Phyllis attended Shady Glen Church.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Jefferson Avenue CCCU with Rev. Rich Cottrill and her son, Rev. Mike White officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church from 12 noon to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Saturday.

The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Heartland Hospice, Vicki, Misty, Tina and also a friend, Betty. In addition, the family wishes to express a heartfelt "Thank You" to Jessica Streitenberger whom our mom loved dearly.
