Nancy Espinola Gibson, 74, of Gaffney, was called to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Born in Leominster, MA, she was the wife of Joseph Timothy (Tim) Gibson for 50 years and the daughter of the late David Thomas Espinola and Agnes Marie Swain Espinola.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a son, Mike Gibson (Kimber) of Gaffney; two daughters, Christine Davis (Bryan) of Mt. Pleasant, TN and Diane Sursa (Adam) of Knoxville, TN; a brother, David Thomas Espinola, Jr. of Luray, VA; seven grandchildren, Cheyenne Gibson, Ronan Gibson, Jadyn Gibson, Eden Gibson, Taylor Gibson, Jaylyn Sursa and Ansley Sursa; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Friday, July 2, 2021, at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Martin Hogg and Dr. Dwight Easler officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wears Valley Ranch, 100 One Fine Place, Sevierville, TN 37867, or Samaritan's Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607. The family will be at the home of Michael & Kimber Gibson, Gaffney, SC 29340.
