Kilmichael – Services for Ava Roberts Love, 95, of Kilmichael, who died of complications from pneumonia Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Kilmichael Hospital, were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Poplar Creek Nations Baptist Church near Kilmichael.
Mrs. Love was the former owner of Carrollton Theater and was a former employee of Winona Manor. She was a member of Poplar Creek Nations Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.R. “Pete” Love; and a daughter Nina Ruth Love.
She is survived by two daughters, Faye Love of Kilmichael and Imogene Woods of Ocean Springs; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Kenny Carver and Jim Ballard officiated at the services. Burial was in Friendship Cemetery
Visitation was from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday at Lee Funeral Home in Winona.
