A warm, gentle soul, Paul Phillips was born in Hartshorne, OK and leaves many family members, far and wide. Paul retired as a USAF MSgt, worked for GSA San Francisco and finally as a beloved crossing guard in Vacaville. An avid 49er fan. A loving, dedicated son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin, husband and friend.
We will miss the warmth of your smile, the chuckle in your voice and the brave path you walked and you will forever be the light in the eyes of those fortunate to have had you in our lives.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. August 2 at the Veterans National Cemetery in Dixon CA.
