Mr. Bittner was employed as city salesman for Curry, Canan & Co., and was well-known throughout the city. He was born in Lewistown, Pa. For a number of years he resided in Lock Haven, coming to this city sixteen years ago. He was a brother of the late Dr. Bittner. Deceased is survived by his wife and two children - Mrs. Andrew Kirkpatrick of New York city and Seydell L. Bittner of Pittsburgh. He also leaves three sisters - Mrs. Frank Satterly and Mrs. Westbrook, both of Lock Haven, and Mrs. Williams of Wilkes-Barre.
