A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Jimmy G. "Sarg" Schronce, who survives and the daughter of Herman T. Crawford and Lexie Horne Crawford, both deceased. She retired from the U. S. Postal Service, Swepsonville, NC.
In addition to her husband of their home, survivors include two daughters, Janie Schronce of Snow Camp and Jennifer Roberts and husband Keith of Mebane; two sons, James K. Schronce of Mebane and Jeffrey G. Schronce of Haw River; two sisters, Janet Hunter and husband Tom of Blackstone, VA and Alma Robinson and husband Frank of Burlington; six grandchildren, Joshua and Jacob Schronce, Dakota and Dalton Collins, and Samantha and Lexie Roberts; and three great grandchildren, Landen and Emilie Schronce and Amelia Kay Collins. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Schronce and a brother, H. T. "Ted" Crawford.
A graveside service will be conducted at Phillips Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Haw River, NC on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
