Linda Marie Shaw, 78, of West Chester, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Arden Courts King of Prussia, with her husband by her side. She was the wife of Stephen T. Shaw, sharing what would have been 35 years of marriage this June 28th.
Born in Rochester, NY on April 24, 1943, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Toner) Gunn. Linda graduated from Nazareth Academy and attended classes at University of Rochester. She worked at Kodak in Rochester, NY, and then transferred to Chester County to work for the President of Eastman Pharmaceuticals. Linda loved animals and spending time outside gardening. Most of all, she loved her family.
Surviving in addition to her husband is her son Michael Decillis, husband of Nichole, of Lititz, PA; and a sister Barbara Ashenburg, wife of Norman, Jr., of Pittsford, NY. She was preceded in death by her son Peter Decillis.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Linda's memory to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
