Marriage - Ackerly - Weeks - Bay Shore, L.I., February 20 - A quiet home wedding took place here last evening, when Sarah Louise Weeks and Charles W. Ackerly, both of this place, were married at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Weeks, by the Rev. George C. Peck, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Mr. and Mrs. Ackerly will travel for some time before returning to Bay Shore. Only the immediate family of the bride was present at the wedding.

Obituary for Louise Ackerly: Ackerly - At the home of her son, 79 High Street, Montclair, N.J., on Saturday, March 6, 1948, Louise Weeks, wife of Charles W. Ackerly, and mother of Walter T. Ackerly. Service was held at the Home for Services (Arthur K. Brown, Inc.), 56 Park Street at Claremont Avenue, Montclair, on Monday evening at 7:45 o'clock. Interment at Bay Shore.
