ATTAWAY, JEANETTE ALVERSON, age 81, of Leeds passed away on November 6, 2007. Mrs. Attaway was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Attaway; and a grandson, Michael Attaway.
She was a member of New Century Independent Church. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Attaway Roberson; sons, Phillip R. Attaway (Becky) and Kenneth Stephen Attaway (Bonnie); brothers, Johnny and Jerry Alverson; grandchildren, Matthew Attaway (Jennifer), Brian Attaway (Michelle), Jennifer Attaway and Heather Attaway Lawrence (Mike); and great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Attaway and another not yet born.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Bold Springs Cemetery.
