She is survived by her children, Dawn Dinsmore (Glenn), Scott Turner (Charlotte), Noel Turner; grandchildren, Michelle and Sean Michael Dinsmore, Austin Turner and Jacob Bohannon; Great-grandchildren, Rylee and Kane Dinsmore; and host of other family and friends. She is preceded death by her husband, Ronald Turner.
Ruth was a proud Military wife and devoted mother. She faced life with intelligence, courage, and determination. Ruth was a dedicated mother who treasured her children and especially loved her role as "Monna" to her Grandchildren. She was an amazing story teller and teacher, making every visit fun and memorable. She always provided support and love for her family.
Ruth was an active member of her neighborhood community. She loved and appreciated her friends and their times together. From Saturday game nights, bus trips, or daily adventures. If you were with Ruth, you knew it was going to be a good time filled with laughter.
Besides spending time with her family and friends, Ruth had a passion for traveling, reading, playing games, and gardening. She was an amazing cook. She had a bright and witty sense of humor and was known to create an adventure anywhere she went. She touched many lives with her outgoing personality and passion for life. Ruth will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
