Judy Elaine Wright, 75, of Hallettsville, passed away June 4, 2021. She was born on May 8, 1946 to Raymond & Geneva Browning in Gainesville, TX. She spent most of her younger years growing up in Texas City where in high school she met the love of her life, Lloyd Wright and were married before she graduated from Texas City High School. They had one beloved son Mark Wright. Together they embarked on several business adventures with the longest and most known as Mark's Wrecker Service. She worked in the medical records for Mainland Medical Center in Texas City for over 25 years! After her retirement in 2009, she moved with her whole family to Hallettsville, TX where she resided up until her passing.

Judy was a wonderful woman with such a kind and loving soul. She loved her family and they meant the world to her, as they thought the world of her as well. She was a woman of many talents, including driving in the Destruction Derby in the Houston Astrodome for a couple of years!

Judy was preceded in death by; her beloved husband Lloyd of 51 years, both her father, mother and best friend/ sister Wanda Browning.

Graveside Funeral Service: 1 pm, Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Speaks Cemetery, Speaks, Texas. Visitation: 11 am to 12 noon, Wednesday, at Kubena Funeral Home.
