Helen was born on April 20, 1935 in Cairo, West Virginia to the late Okie and Etta (Bell) Webb.
She was a graduate of Cairo High School of West Virginia. Helen had been a nurse at various Nursing Homes in the area. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Helen is survived by daughters Debbie and husband Dan Craft of Akron and Teresa and husband Mike Guiterez of Allegan, Michigan; sons Richard Chilcutt of Akron, David and wife Tammy Chilcutt of Rochester, Randy and wife DeeDee Chilcutt of Peru, and Don and wife Shana Chilcutt of Syracuse; several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; brother Bill Webb of Baltimore, Maryland.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 8 brothers and sisters and 2 grandchildren.
