A native of Polk County, SC, daughter of Curtis Walker Fagan and Hermia Mae (Cantrell) Fagan.
Graduated from Limestone University, retired from teaching third grade with Spartanburg County School District 6, and enjoyed teaching and loved all of her students.
Survivors include husband Bobby J. Jackson; daughter, Lori Ann Jackson Williams; grandson Charles Cordell; and great-granddaughter, Aurora B. Forrest; sisters, Louise Shehan, Carolyn Stubblefield, and brother, Gary Fagan.
Also predeceased by brothers, Curtis Guy Fagan (11 Feb 1933 – 2 Jan 2004) and Robert Nathan Fagan (5 Apr 1942 – 28 May 2005).
There were no services at the time; a celebration of life was held at a later date.
Memorials could be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greenville, SC.
