Mr. Jimmy Calvin Allen, age 78, of Tallapoosa lost his battle with Alzheimer's Disease on June 2, 2021.
He was born November 3, 1942, in Carroll County, GA to the late Hubert and Odell Ayers Allen.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Archie Allen and Hugh Allen.
Jimmy spent his entire life in Tallapoosa, graduating from Tallapoosa High School in 1960. He loved Tallapoosa and its history. He loved Georgia Tech and tried to attend every game. He also loved his many friends in Haralson County.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00PMy.
Interment will follow in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
