Tyler Wayne Lewis, 22, of Martinsville, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born Monday July 27, 1998 to Darrell Wayne Lewis, Jr. and Lorie Leann (Sheeks) Lewis in Martinsville.

Tyler was a body paint and body mechanic at Hoosier Truck & Trailer. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved four wheelers, dirt bikes, and working on vehicles. He loved and adored his five year old daughter, Naomi.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Darrell and Lorie; daughter, Naomi Snyder; brothers, Jayden Lewis, Corbin Lewis, Anthony Quakenbush; grandparents, Debbie Sheeks, Darrell Lewis, Sr. and Rhonda Lewis; great grandmother, Mary Hancock.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Sheeks.

Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2021 at Costin Funeral Chapel. Graveside services are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Shultz Cemetery.
