Funeral services for Janet Armstrong, 69, of Painesville Township, will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.

Mrs. Armstrong died Dec. 28, 2000, at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born Jan. 23, 1931, in Hunlock Creek, Pa., she lived in Perry before moving to Painesville Township three years ago.

She loved fishing and dancing.

Mrs. Armstrong worked as a security officer for Wackenhut Security Inc. for 10 years at Picker International in Highland Heights.

Survivors are her daughter, Donna (William) Reams of Painesville; sons, Carl Rittenhouse of Painesville and Terry (Lisa) WiIdoner of Carbondale, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Dolores (Arthur) Price of Hunlock Creek, Pa., Leatha (David) Griswold of Massilon, Jane (William) Torreance of Niles and Nancy (John) Knorr of Hunlock Creek, Pa.; and brothers, William Wildoner and John (Jane) Wildoner, both of Hunlock Creek, Pa., Roland (Valorie) Wildoner of Maryland, Harry (Carol) Wildoner of New York and Archie (Joann) Wildoner of Berwick, Pa.

Her husband, Paul Armstrong; and son, Wayne Wolfe; are deceased.

Friends may call 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Perry Cemetery.

The family suggests contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185 St., Cleveland 44119.
