She was born November 13, 1923, in Wallace to Alexander A. and Johanna (Engel) Befort.
She was a 1943 graduate of Hays High School. She was a member of the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Denver.
Survivors include a sister, Martina Neville and her husband, Kenneth, Sun City West, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Isabelle A. Befort, Great Bend; and six nephews and four nieces. She is preceded in death by five brothers, Alois Befort Albert Befort, Ignatius Befort, Victor Befort and Celestine Befort, who died in infancy; a sister, Minnie L. Urban; and six nephews and four nieces.
Services were January 30th at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Aurora, Colo.; burial in St. Simeon Cemetery, Aurora. Memorials are suggested to Mass intentions, in care ofAdvantage Aurora Chase Mortuary Chapel, 1095 Havana St., Aurora, CO., 80010.
