He was born Tuesday, April 12, 1955 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Grover Bruce and Pearl Dekle Bruce.

A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Campground Cemetery in Westville, FL.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Sims Funeral Home Chapel.
