Hazel Mae was the daughter of Ollie White and Erma McHenry. She attended Center Grove School and later attended and graduated from Lovelady High School. She was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
Hazel was quiet by nature, never seeking the spotlight. However, she made it known that she was available to do whatever was needed for the work of ministry. She loved her family.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Annie Johnson and Ada Simon, and two nephews Brian White and John L Bailey.
