Gwen was born September 6, 1951 in Columbus, GA to the late John Lovic "JL" Foster and Mildred Scarbrough Foster of Columbus, GA.
She was known as a social butterfly because she was a people person and loved to help everyone!
Other than her father she is preceded in death by her husband Larry Thomas and brother, Rance Foster.
