Russell is survived by his mother, Patricia Campbell; his son, Jeffrey Campbell; his sister, Cassaundra Campbell. Russell was preceded in death by his father, Russell Campbell Jr. and his sister, Melissa Campbell. Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Huston Marcum officiating.
