Hazel Catherine Bell, age 96, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Hazel was born August 11, 1924 in Trenton, Ohio to the late Charles and Ruth Paullin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Bell and daughter, Margaret Sturgill. She is survived by her daughter, Andrhea (Steven) Poffenbarger of Springboro and sons, Edwin (Mary) Adams of Middletown and Butch Adams of Middletown; her six grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
