Dorothy "Christine" Carr died peacefully surrounded by family on May 7, 2021.
Born December 15, 1930, in Guilford County to the late Adam Walker Jordan and Fanny Ellen Nall Jordan.
In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her 13 siblings.
Survivors include her sons Donald Carr (Linda) and John Carr (Pat) and daughters Linda Surber (Jim) and Wanda Truitt (George). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Jason Carr, Krystal Truitt, Craig Surber (Alex), Eric Surber, Christin Cecil (Tyler), and Lauren Shears (Matt), great-grandchildren Katie Carr and Ryder Surber, and many other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Lakeview Memorial Park Cemetery in Greensboro, NC.
