Marilyn Lorina Gosse, 71, formerly of Howards Grove, passed away Monday, August 27, 2007, at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center
Marilyn was born August 3, 1936 in the Town of Meeme, Manitowoc County, to the late Herbert E. and Hildegard T. (Christel) Henschel. She was baptized August 9, 1936, at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, and Confirmed September 24, 1950 at St. James Ev. Reformed Church in Spring Valley. She attended the Meeme District #2 Spring Valley Grade School, and graduated from Kiel High School in 1954.
On September 27, 1958, she married Marvin Gosse at St. Mark's Ev. & Reformed Church in the Town of Mosel.
Marilyn was a member of St. James UCC, Spring Valley, Manitowoc County. She was employed as a telephone operator for Mosel Centerville Telephone Company.
In addition to her husband Marvin, Marilyn is survived by her sister Elverta ( Wayne) Reinemann of Franklin, and her brothers Kenneth (Shirley) Henschel of School Hill, and Vernon (Jean) Henschel of Cleveland. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law Doris Maechlte of Port Washington, and Caroline (Kenneth) Greger of Sheboygan, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Harvey Maechlte.
