A native of Reidsville, NC, he was a son of Frances Lee Faucette Maynard and the late W. Edgar Maynard and had lived in Wilmington, NC since 1972.
Survivors include his son: Brenton Maynard of Houston, TX, and his mother: Frances Lee Faucette Maynard of Reidsville.
Graveside memorial services will be conducted Thursday, May 13, 2021, in Greenview Cemetery. Citty Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
