Born and raised in East Liverpool, Ohio, Janice spent her life in the area dedicating her time to her family and community. Having to raise her kids on her own while making a career for herself, attending college, and volunteering for the United Way, she willingly made sacrifices along the way for the betterment of those around her. Even in the face of terminal illness, her biggest concerns were for the family she knew she was leaving behind. She is sadly missed by her three children, three grandchildren, nephew, mother and many friends.
