The deceased was a member of the Payne A. M. E. church and served as treasurer of Canon Ledge No. 186 of I. B. P. O. E. of W.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Clifford; three daughters, Luivilla Clifford of Canonsburg, Georganna Riley of Indianapolis, Ind., and Jean Adaly Clifford of Canonsburg; four brothers, Charles, Leonard and Irvin, all of Willlamsport, W. Va., and Floyd of Chicago; and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Bruce of Willlamsport, W.Va.
Funeral services will be held at the Payne A. M. E. church, Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in charge of the Rev. J. M. Williams. Burial will be In the Payne cemetery.
