Floretta Ousley, 65 of Allen, KY, passed away April 30, 2021 at Hazard ARH. Born February 9, 1956, she was the daughter of the late John Lee & Joetta Crum Adkins. Floretta was a retired clerk for Pioneer Credit. She is survived by one son: Michael Kevin Ousley of Lexington, KY; sister: Barbara (Gary) Scarberry of Martin, KY; grandchildren: Madison Ousley, Logan Ousley, Mason Ousley & Alec Ousley and one great grandchild: Lucas Patton. Floretta was preceded in death by her brother and sister: John Keith Adkins & Deborah Hall. Floretta will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be after 1pm Sunday (May 2, 2021) and all day Monday (May 3, 2021) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY

Funeral services will be held Tuesday (May 4, 2021) at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery, Martin, KY
