Carol was born September 16, 1961 in Carroll County to Mamie Jeanette Shelnutt Paschal and the late Jodie Starling Paschal. She was a member of Centralhatchee First Baptist Church.
She worked at Private Line Clothiers until she had the greatest blessing of her daughter, Melissia. Carol stayed home with her while Jeff worked out of town. She always provided a home of love and care.
One of her favorite things to do was travel. She loved to go to the beach, and Panama City was her choice destination. She also enjoyed following Jeff when he traveled for his job. She would go just to stay for 15 minutes, then go home.
She was always willing to help her neighbor, and would give them the shirt off of her back in their time of need.
Her greatest passion in life was caring for her family, especially her nephew, Fletcher. She loved her fur babies, Decoy and Bailey, and enjoyed the simple things in life.
