Funeral services for Anna "Granny" Ellis, 63, of Huntington will be May 1, 2021 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in McNiel Cemetery.

Mrs. Ellis was born to Howard and Kay (Maas) Gee.

Mrs. Ellis was a nurse and had worked for various medical facilities. She was a loving wife, mother and granny, and loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling, camping, and spending time on the Neches River (NRG). Mrs. Ellis was a member of First Ora Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Gary Neal Ellis; children and spouses, Lando Ellis, Josh and Crystal Ellis, Tyson and Lisa Ellis, and Brandi Ellis; numerous grandchildren; father, Howard Gee; brother, Rick Gee; sister, Kathy Hawley; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Karen Ellis, Hope Ellis, Mary and David Golden; special friends, Tom and Crystall Phillips, Kenneth and Dannielle Simmons; a special thank you to niece, Christina Evett FNP and husband Bobby; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by mother, Kay Gee; brother, Mike Gee; grandparents, Ransom and Anabelle Gee, Lenora "Cookie" and Clarence "Babe" Maas; parents-in-law, John A., Jr. and Joy Dene Ellis; and nephews, Little Rick and Syd Rhodes.
