A Celebration of Life

Billy Ray Miller (AKA Billy the Kid) was born February 28, 1966 to Dorthy Miller in McComb, Mississippi. He grew up as a middle child, loved by his older brother Micheal and adored by his younger sister Natalie.
After graduating from high school, he later decided to continue his education by attending Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas; however, immediately after High School Billy set his sights on joining the U.S. Army (1984). He committed 21 years, 1 month, and 4 days of dedicated service to his Country. Billy was awarded with several honors and medals. He fought in The Gulf War of 1990, Operation Desert Strom of 1991 War, and Operation Iraqi Freedom of 2003 War.
During his Military career Billy was deployed to Hunan, Germany in 1991. It was there where he met and dated LaFonda, who would later become his wife. They joined in matrimony on February 23, 1996 and in this union, had a son LaDell Miller. Billy raised LaDell with his two siblings LaTretta and LaTrell as a family for over ten years.
Billy was a devoted husband and father, taking his family on several vacations, and having family bike rides on Sunday afternoons.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother Dorthy Miller.
Billy leaves the cherished memories he shared with his son LaDell (Missouri City), brother Micheal, sister Natalie (Mississippi) and a host of nephews and relatives.
He leaves fun and fond memories to his Military brothers and sisters, and the Moose Biker Club (2016). His fellow BMW's will always remember him as a true friend and someone they could turn to when needed.
