Emma Eliza, age 85, of Del City passed away Sunday. Services are 10 o'clock Wednesday, in Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel, with burial at Resthaven Memory Gardens. She was born July 8, 1897 in Westmoreland, Kansas. She came to Canton, Oklahoma in 1908 & had lived in Custer, Oklahoma for about 35 years, & came to Del City in 1975. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Midwest City. Survived by 2 daughters Ethel Stephenson of Watonga, & Glenda J. Eisenhour of Moore, Oklahoma, 2 brothers Jim Blanka of Canton, Oklahoma & George Blanka of Grand Junction, Colorado, 3 sisters Della (sic. Stella) Skinner of Oklahoma City, Minnie Mitchell of Arapahoe, Colorado, & Thelma VanMeter of Canton, Oklahoma, 4 grandchildren, & 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church of Midwest City.
