Doris Mae Howell, a native of Malden, Massachusetts and a longtime resident of Semmes, Alabama. age 85, born January 1, 1936 in Malden, Massachusetts, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hugo Howell; parents, William and Elizabeth MacCuish; siblings, Robert MacCuish, Joan Boyce, Betty Ann Walker and Barbara James.
Surviving left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard (Donna) Howell, Donna Jean (Corbit) Harvison, James T. Howell, Terry L. (Corrine) Howell and Karen Ann Campbell; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and her beloved dog, Roscoe; siblings, Ruthie LeBlanc, Kathleen Green and Richard MacCuish.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home- Mobile on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel of Radney Funeral home at 11:30 a.m. with interment following in Allentown Cemetery, Semmes, Alabama.
