udith Ann Myers, age 76, a lifelong resident of Mansfield, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday June 28, 2016 at Elmwood Healthcare Center in Greensprings, Ohio. Born March 21, 1940 in Portsmouth, OH to Clifford and Opal (Jordan) Strickland. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church. Judy enjoyed puzzles, cooking, knitting, bingo, and especially spending time with her family.
Survivors include children, Molly (Tim) Dials, Rhonda Lynn Marhulik, Bill Lee Adkins, Kathy Sue (Darrell) Elkins, John Michael Adkins, April Marie Dean, and Elton Christian Dean; grandchildren, Andrew D., Bridgette, Cozetta, Jason, Daniel, Cody, Tisha, Heith, Bill Jr., Justin, Mollie, Bryan, Wynona, Wyatt, Anthony, Danielle, Andrew C., Alysha, Stephanie, Cameron, Sophia, and Jayden; twenty nine great grandchildren of Mansfield, and one brother Michael (Tammy) Strickland of Florida; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Eileen Arnett; nephew, Timothy; grandson, Shawn and twin grand daughters Judy and Nina.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory. Herman Copley will officiate with interment in Mt. Hope, Shiloh, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon-2 p.m and from 6-8 p.m.
