Mr. William "Bill" E. Rowell, Sr., age 76 of Frisco City, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at Monroe County Hospital. Mr. Rowell was born in Florida but had lived in Monroe County most of his life. He retired from Vanity Fair where he worked as a foreman. Mr. Rowell was a member of Coleman Assembly of God Church. He is preceded in death by his parents John L. Rowell and Annie Lucille Ikner Rowell; two brothers, Charles Rowell and Aaron Rowell, Sr.; and three sisters, Carolyn Warren, Marie Morrison and Marsha Daniels.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Monroe Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bryant Cemetery in Finchburg. Visitation will be Friday, April 23rd from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
