Mrs. Pearlie Mae Stringfellow age 88, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021.

Mrs. Stringfellow was born in Big Spring, TX, on January 19, 1933, the daughter of the late J.C. Clanton and Pearlie Lee Heath Clanton.

After high school she attended Bob Jones University. She was a member of Indian Lake Peninsula Church, formerly known as Bluegrass Baptist Church. Mrs. Stringfellow retired from Castner Knott after many years of service. She enjoyed playing the piano, organ, singing gospel music, cooking, yard work, RVing, and camping. Mrs. Stringfellow will be remembered most for loving her family and spending time with them.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stringfellow was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Stringfellow of sixty-three years and her siblings, Dorothy, Dorcas, Charles, Morris, and Bill Clanton.

Survivors include a daughter, Laura Vincent; three sons, Greg Stringfellow (Darlene), Doug Stringfellow, and Philip Stringfellow (Marie); fourteen grandchildren, Brandon Arney (Kayce), Joshua Stringfellow (Dallas), Ryan Vincent (Kristmar), Jacob Stringfellow, Karleigh Spears, Kelsey Vincent, Matt Vincent, Garret Stringfellow (Megan), Erin Osborne (Jordan), Megan Sailings (Austyn), Kaylah Baker, Jack Stringfellow (Micah), Nathan Stringfellow, and Daniel Stringfellow; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Entombment will be at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.

The grandsons will serve as active pallbearers and the granddaughters will serve as honorary pallbearers.
