Mrs. Ollie Fant, Age 46, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. H. Watts, near Silver Run at 8 o'clock Monday morning following an illness of several days. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Bethlehem Church. Rev. T.D. Stovall will officiate and internment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery with Brown in charge. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. [Vera Lou] Watts, two brothers, C.H. and James Fant, and two sisters, Mrs. C.W. Houston, of Oxford, and Mrs. George Miller, of Buffalo, N.Y.
Note: Ollie Lou, first wife of Elonzo Eugene Jarrell, took back her maiden name (Fant) after their divorce. Mr. Jarrell and spouse Mary E. (Wyatt) Jarrell are buried near her unmarked plot. Ollie's daughter, Vera Lou (Fant) Watts, and spouse Winford Hurley Watts, Sr. are buried nearby as well.
