Harry "Duke" Anderson, Jr., 75, of Newark, DE, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

He was the husband of Bonnie J. Anderson with whom he shared 17 years of marriage.

Born in Elkton, MD he was the son of the late Harry, Sr. and Evelyn Pyle Anderson.

He was employed with the University of Delaware as a senior lock smith retiring in 2003.

Duke enjoyed the beach, fishing, hunting and spending time with his companion dog, Dusty.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; four sons, Derrick Aliff, Dwayne Aliff, Daryl Aliff and Danny Anderson; one daughter, Danielle Anderson; one sister, Barbara Spencer; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Anderson.

A graveside service will be held 1 pm Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Moore's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 392 Blake Rd., Elkton, MD 21921
