A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Forest Lawn West Funeral and Cremation Service, 4601 Freedom Dr. Charlotte, NC 28208. The family will receive guests between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
