Steven is survived by his life partner, Johanna Castillo, son, Jeremy Casaus and siblings, Michael and Isabel Casaus, David and Sandra Casaus, Lucille and Robert West, Angela Osborne and Ralph Muller, Juliette and Christopher Chávez.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Angie Casaus and siblings, Al and Anna Casaus.
Steve retired from his brothers business D.C. Construction where he worked as a laborer for many years. Steve enjoyed camping trips and various vacations with his family and friends. Steve also loved going to the casino and having a "cool" one in the comforts of his own home. Steve had a unique sense of humor and was always the center of attention.
Steve loved making people laugh (or cry) and was never afraid of voicing his opinion on any, or everything.
Steve will be greatly missed.
