She was the youth pastor at City Lights Church at 3012 Shed Rd. in Bossier City and had just began to work on Streetcar Snoball truck prior to her death.
Our drummer girl loved to please both God and people. She used her musical talent all over the State of Louisiana, bringing joy to the children at youth camp and congregations she was afforded the opportunity to minister through her music and songs.
She was preceded in death by her biological mother Cynthia E. Maul and grandparents Lonzo Jr. & Dorothy Sheffield who are also buried in Kilgore Memorial Garden.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mom and dad Lonzo III and Tina Sheffield, stepmom Marsha Merlucci, brothers Michael Smith, Gary Butler, Lonzo (Willibeth) Sheffield IV, Brandon Sheffield, Antonio Hutcherson, and Anthony Irby; sisters Alicia (Alex) Natas, LaShonda Rosemond, Brittany (also adopted), along with a host of nephews, nieces, friends, relatives, and 32+ God brothers and sisters which loved her
BOSSIER CITY, LA - Police in Bossier City are investigating a shooting and crash that claimed the life of a Bossier woman Saturday night. It happened just before 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of McElroy and Evans Streets.
Officers said 29 year-old Hannah Sheffield was driving when she was shot. She then crashed the car into a home in the 1100 block of Burchett Street. Sheffield was taken to Ochsner LSU Health where she later died.
Detectives are investigating the shooting.
