Joshua Lee "Josh" Williams, 36, of Martinsville, died Sunday, April 11, 2021, from injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born in Martinsville, Virginia on March 30, 1985, to Gary Williams and the late Diane Spencer Vaught.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his step-father, Johnnie Vaught; two brothers, Corey Williams, Benjamin Williams; a sister, Beth Greene (Chad; a step-brother, Jason Vaught; his grandmother, Wanda Spencer; two nephews and one niece.

Friends may stop by the funeral home Thursday from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM to sign the register book. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 – 8 PM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday morning at 11:00 AM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in the Henry Memorial Park. Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the church.
