---Thomas Wayne Davidson, age 64, of rural Shelbyville, passed away on April 12, 2021.
---Tom was born in Quincy, IL on January 14, 1957 to Madeline Delene (Best) and John Edward Davidson, Jr.
---Tom was united in marriage to Mary E. Mann on January 27, 1984 in Shelbyville. Tom was an over-the-road trucker for Sharkey Transportation for many years and was recently employed by Mike Novinger Farms. He enjoyed spending time researching on the computer, gardening, fishing, and taking care of his pets.
---Tom is survived by his wife, Mary; son John (Bethany) Davidson of Shelbyville; son-in-law, Geoffrey Whitaker of Monticello; he was also very excited to welcome his first grandbaby, Adlyn Rae on March 30, 2021. He is also survived by his brother, Mike (Mary) Davidson of Quincy, IL; sisters, Linda Daucsavage of Quincy, IL and Janice (John) McMahon of Camp Point, IL; brothers-in-law, Bob Walker of Quincy, IL, Richard (Susan) Mann of Leonard, and Phil (Judy) Mann of Monroe City; sisters-in-law, Pat (Bob) Yancey of Hannibal, and Cathy (Bill) Gerding of Shelbina; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
---He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ivy Madilyn "Madi" Whitaker on May 3, 2020; his parents; and his father and mother in-law, Les and Ivy Mann.
---He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
---A visitation will be held from 3 pm until 6 pm on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leonard Cemetery or to the family for funeral expenses.
