Jo was born in Eubank, Kentucky on February 19th, 1933, daughter of the late Joseph Lester Webb and Dorcas Jewell Singleton Webb. She was a retired real estate agent, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Jo was survived by her husband, Ronald Watson; seven children, Gary Lee (and Sharon) Carter, Sharon (and Jim) Marsicano, Terry Morgan, Sam (and Beverly) Morgan, Karen (and Stuart) Wheeler, Rhonda (and Steve) Wilson, and Eric Cunnagin; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Lester Webb, who departed this life on June 9th, 1971 and Jewell Webb, who departed this life on March 5th, 1988; one son, Joseph William "Bill" Carter, who departed this life on June 23rd, 2012; and two sisters, Kathleen Morgan, who departed this life on June 6th, 2018 and Pauline Ann Holtgrefe, who departed this life on December 8th, 2014.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at the Singleton Cemetery with Bro. Carson Atwood officiating.
