Donna Sue (Ottinger) Cornelius 58, a life long Yuba-Sutter resident, returned to her heavenly home on March 19, 2021, to be with the love of her life Mark Cornelius.
Donna leaves behind, until they meet again, her four children, daughter, Mary Cornelius, her three sons, Mark Cornelius Jr., Raymond Cornelius and Tyler Cornelius; grandchildren, Mason, Paisley, Christin and Ellie Cornelius.
Donna was a devoted mother and wife. She loved her family with all her heart. Amazing wife, very proud mother and an even prouder Grandma, Donna was always their biggest fan in life. She was so proud.
Donna and Mark met in the early 80's and married a few years later, a total of nearly 40 years. Donna loved keeping busy with her family, friends and working. Donna never met a stranger. She was a people person. A beautiful smile, and amazing laugh that was contagious to everyone. The life of the party anywhere.
Donna is survived by her four children; and four grandchildren; as well as her sister, Margarita Barbain Garcia; her brother, Allen Arriola; daughter-in-laws, Rese and Patty Cornelius; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by her parents, Mary (Laure) Douglas and Harley Ottinger; sister, Tammy Ottinger; brothers, Harley Ottinger and Jimmy Arriola.
The children would like to especially thank family and friends who have reached out to them with love and support in a time of need.
Services will be held at Lakeside Colonial Chapel on Friday, April 9, 2021, at 12pm. It will be followed immediately with a pot luck celebration of life at Plumas lake Golf and Country Club in Olivehurst, CA. Flowers may be sent to Lakeside Colonial Chapel.
