Harvey L. Cunningham, 60, of West, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2007 at a Waco hospital, after a courageous battle with heart disease. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Terry McElrath officiating. Burial will follow at Gerald Cemetery.

Harvey was born in Coryell County, Texas, to the late Glenn "Pete" Davis and Effie Nadine "Deanie" (Gober) Cunningham. On September 29, 1968, he married Janice Spence and to this marriage two daughters were born, Elizabeth Ann and Tracey Le'Ann. Harvey worked as a repair technician for Standard Vending, Bell & Howell, and then his own business, Cunningham Micrographics; however, his real passion in life was for his daughters and grandchildren. He coached his girls in "T" Ball, took them fishing, target shooting, or just driving around as often as possible as they grew up. More recently, he enjoyed watching after and spoiling his grandkids. Harvey had a deep love for his saviour, Jesus, in whose arms he now rests.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Janice; daughters, Tracy Wells and husband, Matt, Beth Shoat and husband, Matt, and special daughter, Diane Williford and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Lynsey Wells, Christopher Wells, and Leeland Shoat; brother, Charles Cunningham and wife, Peggy, of Bruceville, brothers-in-law, David Spence and wife, Linda, of Ross, and Billy Joe Spence and wife, Bonnie; sister-in-law, Wilma Paulson; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Spence; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
