Funeral services for Harold D. Burns, 45, who was fatally injured in an accident on the east shore of Lake Almanor on Saturday, were held at the Peoples Church in Westwood yesterday morning at 10 o'clock with Rev. Ed Laraway officiating. Internment was in the Westwood Cemetery under the direction of the Rouland Funeral Chapel.

The deceased was born in Oklahoma on April 2, 1928. He had been self-employed as a building contractor for the past five years and had resided in Westwood for the past year-and-a-half.

Surviving are his wife, Dona, at the home in Westwood; two daughters, Barbara Camara, San Pablo, and Sharon Johnson, in Arizona, and two sons, Robert and Joseph, Napa; two stepsons, Jerry Stevens, Westwood, and Roger Stevens, Auburn, and a stepdaughter, Lana Korzonthowski, Kent, Wash.; four brothers, Jack, Westwood, Lloyd, Van Nuys, Ernest, Richmond and Nobel, Portland, Ore.; four sisters, Zona Patty and Myrtle Galindo of Richmond, Iva Kundson, Montebello, Calif., and Velma Harris, Ft. Worth, Tex., and 11 grandchildren.
