Born in Spartanburg, daughter of the late Robert Sanford "Red" Pruitt
and Zelma Cornelia Miller Pruitt; loving wife of James Arnold Jackson for 61 years.
A member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors also include her daughter, Sandra K. Burnett (Michael); brother, Bill Pruitt; sister, Dianne Dunaway; three grandchildren, Wesley, Britney, and King; and five great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by brothers, Robert Lamar Pruitt (1941–2000) and Curtis Lee Pruitt (1945–2015); and sisters Bida Gail Pruitt Wolfe (1948–1982) and Cynthia Darlene Pruitt (1963–1964).
Funeral Services held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 29, 2021, at Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Burnett officiating; interment at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
