Sturm; daughter of the late Louis and Viola Lange; mother of Stephen, David (Stacy) Dreher, Marilyn (Ron) Kramer, Mary Alice Zuke; mother-in-law to the late Karen Dreher. Grandmother to Michael (Emily) Dreher, Emily (SJ) Pagano, Tommy Dreher, Chris (Cassie) Kramer, Matt (Melanie) Kramer, Anne Marie (Brendan) Flanagan, Mark (Erin) Kramer, John (Lauren) Kramer, Ron (Claire) Kramer, David (Daniela) Kramer, Marissa Kramer, Jeremy (Helen) Zuke, Josh Zuke and Jason Zuke; great-grandmother of 14; sister of Richard (Charlene) Lange, Mary Whitcraft, Jane Lange, Constance (Jolly) Shulgay, Delores Lange and the late Connie Tweedall. A wonderful aunt, great-aunt and friend.
Alice was a graduate of Loretta Academy and St. John's Hospital School of Nursing. Alice's nursing career took her to DePaul Hospital for over 20 years. Alice will be remembered as a devoted mom, grandma and friend. When not with her grandchildren she spent her time showing and breeding dogs. Her passion for dog shows took her around the country in her motor home. She was a member of the American Kennel Club, St. Louis Dog Breeders, St Louis Toy Dog Club and so many more. Alice's smile and love for dancing carried her through life. She was always the first on the dance floor at every event.
