It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna, surrounded by her family, on March 18, 2021 in Tecumseh, Ontario at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her first husband, Ivan Starr Arnold (1972) and her second husband, Charles Mills Sr. (2015). Loving mother of David (Nancy) Arnold, Tim (Gail) Arnold, Anne (Jose) Salvador, Gary Arnold and the late Bruce (Darlene) Arnold. Donna also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Sister of Helen (late Ken) Campbell. She will be remembered by her extended family, Dudley Mills and his sister Julia (Ed) Bechard, several nieces, nephews and lifelong family friends. Predeceased by her parents, Clayton and Vera Reid.
